Our opinion of the value may very well be different from yours and how you view the property for your needs and future use.  Thus, while our opinion of value can be a starting point to assist you in initially comparing our offered price against the market value of the property, it is still necessary for you to conduct your own analysis of the condition of the property and what you believe is its market value in making a determination of the price you would pay to purchase a property.
