TRUST DEED INVESTMENTS

If you are an investor weary of the volatile stock market with its uncertain returns, First Trust Deed loans secured by real estate may be right for you.  A Trust Deed investment is where you, as the investor, become, in essence, the bank that makes loans on individual properties. You, as the investor, get interest paid monthly, and at the end of term, which tends to be short (typically six months to one year), your principal investment is returned to you.  It is the ideal place for investors interested in safety and in earning interest income monthly.  For our Notes that are for sale and our properties that are available for lending, we strive to keep the loan-to-value ratio below seventy percent for First Trust Deeds, with interest rates on the loans generally yielding the investor between 10%-14% on his investment.
